I had a very unpleasant experience at this dealership. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one, is for the secretary who was a pleasure to communicate with following my experience with one of the sales members. The sales member reported to me that there was an accident on the vehicle but brushed it off saying that "he didn't know what it was, maybe the bumper." He proceeded to pull my credit to check financing options and when asked if it would affect my credit score, he said not unless I do it again within two weeks (at a later dealership, I learned that he sent my information to 11 different lenders reducing my credit score from a 740 to a 705). When I told him that I wanted to look at a couple more vehicles, because it was a big decision to make, he tried to give me a guilt trip and said, "after I used my connections to get you a deal?" I said that I appreciated his help, but at the end of the day, it is my money and my decision to make and that I was still feeling unsure without knowing the complete history of the vehicle. He proceeded to apply pressure and told me "If you don't come back, DON'T come back." The cherry on top was that while sitting at his desk he went off on a tangent talking about his political views, which I thought was a bit unprofessional. Overall, this experience was exactly what you want to avoid from a dealership. I hope this review helps anyone else considering to purchase through Keeler Pre-Owned. Make sure you ask how many lenders they are sending your information to (it will affect your credit score), receive the full vehicle history, and make your decisions based on what is best for you.
