He decided to change the schedule to a day before I planned on him being there with no advanced warning other than responding to my confirmation. Schedules were worked around to make it work, inconvenient and annoying but not the end of the world. I contacted Randy as I was leaving work and he said he'd be at the property in 10 minutes. He never showed up and has ignored further communication.
